Our fruits are filled by artisan gelato makers in Italy and travel frozen to Abu Dhabi, so they reach you exactly as they left the laboratorio.
Keep it in the freezer. Take it out 5–10 minutes before serving so it softens, then eat it straight from the shell with a spoon.
Keep it frozen at −18 °C or colder. The best-before date is on every box.
